Kolby has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years, and serving the Wausau area since 1998. He has been a member of the Wausau Area Builders Association since 2002 and been involved with the Wausau Area Parade of Homes since 2003. He served as the Parade of Homes Chairman for three consecutive years.
